The IT2800 Series Graphical Source Measure Unit (SMU) is a compact and cost-effective device designed for precision testing. It integrates the capabilities of six devices: voltage source, current source, 6 ½ digital multimeter, pulse generator, battery simulator, and electronic load. The IT2800 Series supports voltage and current sourcing and measurement with a range of 10fA to 10A for current and 100nV to 1000V for voltage. Its 5-inch color touchscreen supports graphical and numerical views, and it includes multiple communication interfaces such as USB, LAN, and optional GPIB..

The IT2800 series is designed for engineers needing precise voltage and current sourcing and measurement for a variety of testing applications, including semiconductor devices, laser diodes, passive components, and transient suppression devices.
